I first saw Hackers I think, way back when, and didn't really pay much
attention to Angelina, I only saw it because it has Matthew Lillard from Serial
Mom, but then I saw George Wallace and cried. Then a few years later I saw Girl,
Interrupted and that’s when the obsession started. Gia, Gone in 60 Seconds
and even Tomb Raider, all things that showed a young, beautiful actress,
with raw talent. Then obviously the media frenzy that everyone got attached
too.
And just note I chose Team Jolie, even when it was Team Jolie -VS- Team
Dern. But Angelina is such an inspiration to so many people; it even makes
some of her great movies seem irrelevant. She is a mother, a woman of high
stamina, with so much compassion. She is a humanitarian, and not just your
typical celebrity that does it for PR advantages.

I saw Hackers as well when I was very little and I thought Angie played a cool character. But it wasn't untill I saw Foxfire that I really started to like Angelina. I thought she was so beautiful and such a talented actress. Unfortunly was her less known movies rarely released in Sweden so it wasn't untill Girl, Interrupted that I was totally stuck again and I opened up my website Obsessed: Angelina Jolie. The site was one of the largest Angelina sites for several years but because of personal issues I had to quit it.
To be honest I had a real hard time to deal with the "new" Angelina with her girliness and all the newish Tomb Raider-fans that came up so I took a break with the obsession. With that said, it doesn't mean I wasn't a fan of Angies anymore. As I've become older, I can see the qualities in the more healthy Angie in another way, now that I'm much healthier as well. I must say Angelina made a big effort to me as a younger teenager and she made me feel that I wasn't alone. She's one of the most talented actresses today and she has such a huge heart and has done so much for other people. I think Angelina is the one in the movie business who you really can call real. And today I think Angelina is a very beautiful and feminine woman who impresses me all the time with her new projects.
